If you bought your OB Classic Swim Shorts directly with us online or in-store within the last six months and the item has a manufacturing fault, you will be eligible for a refund.
If your item was purchased more than six months ago, refunds will not be available and shorts can only be repaired or exchanged.
Shorts can only be exchanged for the same style, colour and size and the cash equivalent of the value cannot be applied to other shorts or items.
Proof of purchase must be presented in order to make a claim. If you no longer have the receipt, please provide a bank statement.
